Product Details Cutimed ® Hydro is a range of sterile, latex-free, self-adhesive hydrocolloid dressings that create and maintain a moist wound environment, thus promoting healing. Hydrocolloids absorb exudate, forming a stable gel that adapts to the wound. Vertical absorption of exudate keeps wound edges dry and reduces the risk of maceration. The risk of bacterial colonization is minimized by sealing the wound. Cutimed ® Hydro is waterproof, has optimal adhesion, and can be removed in one piece. The thin Cutimed ® Hydro L consists of a wound contact layer of hydrocolloids with a top layer of a semi-permeable polyurethane film.
